Vadodara She team counsel 93 people tries to commit suicide for different reasons

Vadodara, Dt. 21/10/2022   In a appreciable move to save precious lives, Vadodara She team counsel 93 people from the city who tries to commit suicide for different reasons in the year 2022. They visited their homes frequently around 209 times and done counseling by making them understand the value of life and importance of family.

She team run Zindagi Helpline – Phone Jodo Hatasha Chhodo, gives Telephonic counseling through trained counselors to youths, women, students feeling depressed and eager to take extreme steps like suicide. Under this project the team collected the data of cases of people tries to commit suicide from the police stations and visited their homes for counseling. A total of 93 people in 2022 are found tried to commit suicide for different reasons and the She team visited their homes frequently to give them a new ray of hope to live life and make them understand the importance of life and not take such step again in future.

Majority of the cases are from family problems and rest are from financial conditions, mental depression, health issues and other reasons. She team visited their homes around 209 times and counsel them to see life positively. Zindagi helpline is functioning 24/7 which gives a ray of hope to everyone to live their life positively.
