Surat, 27th September 2023: BYD India, a subsidiary of the world’s leading New Energy Vehicles (NEV) manufacturer BYD, today inaugurated its first passenger vehicle showroom in Surat, Gujarat. This showroom, run and managed by Cargo BYD, marks a significant milestone for BYD India, as it takes its first step into the passenger vehicle market in Surat.
The inauguration was graced by the presence of Mr. BVS Prasanna, Senior VP – Passenger Car Division at Cargo BYD, Mr. Zubin Mistry, Business Head of Cargo BYD, and Mr. Sanjay Gopalakrishnan, Senior Vice President of Electric Passenger Vehicle Business at BYD India, along with key personnel from both BYD India and Cargo BYD, as well as esteemed customers.
Spanning an area of 1680 square feet, this showroom will offer customers access to BYD’s range of pure electric vehicles, which includes the All-New e6 and the BYD ATTO 3. The facility is equipped with well-trained sales advisors, and an attractive showroom display floor ensuring a good in-store experience for visitors.
