Our executive chef Mrs. Diana Kavarrana has worked with Taj Mahal Hotel & Palace (Mumbai ) for over 15 years and was the founding team of iconic restaurants such as the Zodiac Grill. Having worked with French Michelin Star Chef Jacques Pourcel, Chef Laurent Tarridec from Moulin Rouge, Chef Arnaud Faye from Michelin-starred restaurant L’Espadon Rits – Paris, ‘King Of Risotto’ Luciano Parolari and several others, her vision is to empower diners to become chefs of their own meals by providing them a unique and interactive dining experience that celebrates creativity, authenticity and the joy of sustainable cooking. During her tenure as Chef In Charge at The Chambers & Zodiac Grill, she specialized in wine paired nine course meals, molecular gastronomy and Seuve cuisine. Some notable guests include Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie & Sachin Tendulkar. She was invited to represent The Zodiac Grill on Travel & Living & The Chef Studio by CNN IBN. Our founder Mr. Marzy F Parakh was awarded the prestigious Mother Teresa award for social justice in 2020 and nominated for a national award for his contribution to society.
