Jignesh and his nephew Om both qualify for main draw

Gandhidham, June 29 : The old-war-horse of Gujarat TT Jignesh Jayswal and his nephew Om Jayswal both did well to keep the Jayswal household happy by qualifying for the Men’s main draw of the IndianOil 3rd Gujarat State Ranking Table Tennis Tournament 2023 organised by Kachchh District Table Tennis Association (KDTTA) under the aegis of Gujarat State Table Tennis Association from June 29 to July 2 at the Late Shri M.P. Mittra Indoor Stadium, Haresh Sangtani Sports Complex in Gandhidham.
This tournament is co-sponsored by Gandhidham Chamber of Commerce, associate-sponsored by Friend Group whereas Stiga is the equipment sponsor.

The tournament was inaugurated on Thursday by chief guest Shri Suresh Iyer (Indian Oil). Guest of Honors present at the ceremony were Shri Ashish Dhaniya, IRTS, Adil Sethna, Jitendra Singhvi, Tulsi Sujan, Naresh Bulchandani, Mahesh Gupta, Vimal Gujaral, D. K Agarwal, Kushal Sangtani, Rujul Patel, Anil Chandnani, Sweety Advani, Manish Hingorani.

Thursday also marked the second death anniversary of Late Haresh Sangtani, former honorary secretary, GSTTA & KDTTA, who has played a pivotal role in the development of Table Tennis in Gujarat State and in the making of KDTTA Sports Complex in Adipur, Gandhidham.
