Oxford India Forum Recognizes Varun Chaudhary as a Transformative South Asian Leader at Oxford Saïd

Oxford, [UK]: At the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, Varun Chaudhary, Executive Director of CG Corp Global, was honoured by the Oxford India Forum for his transformative leadership and forward-thinking contributions across South Asia.

In his keynote session titled “Lessons in Building a South Asian Multinational,” Chaudhary reflected on his journey of joining the business at 18, learning the ropes in Dubai, and gradually shaping the direction of CG Corp Global in today’s fast-changing environment.

“I don’t aim to rewrite the story,” he said. “My role is to add a meaningful chapter — one that connects tradition with innovation.”

He shared how CG Corp has grown through resilience — doing business amid regional conflicts, adapting to different regulatory landscapes, and expanding into countries from South Asia to Eastern Europe and beyond. Rather than dwelling on scale alone, he emphasized agility, discipline, and values as the true drivers of long-term success.

Chaudhary also highlighted the group’s recent focus on wellness hospitality, youth engagement, purpose-led innovation, and sustainability initiatives — all of which position CG as a future-facing, human-centered enterprise.

The Oxford India Forum recognized him for bridging cultures and generations while redefining what it means to build a South Asian multinational in the 21st century. In a room full of future leaders, Varun Chaudhary’s presence served as both inspiration and blueprint — for leading with humility, clarity, and conviction.
