Natasha faced a tough battle with post natal depression, but she has survived it and now shares her story via her facebook community Surviving Post Natal Depression. Along with her degree in Biomedical Engineering, she has an MSc in Applied Psychology. She shares her mental health stories and tips on social media and also offers counselling. She brings conversation about mental health out in the open through her latest venture Rewire.
Her debut novel Ixchel’s Secret is a contemporary fiction about the Mayan culture and has many raving reviews on Amazon.
Natasha also creates visual magic through her designs and paintings, turning emotions into beautiful art. She also dives into the world of business and engineering, running Spyro International along with her husband, Patrick Anthony, which has around ten companies under the brand dealing in HR consultancy services, construction, applied Psychology services, education and fashion to name a few.

Dr. Sujoyita Pal, residing in the vibrant city of Kolkata, specifically in Baranagar, stands as a remarkable figure in the world of literature and education. She embarked on her academic journey with a graduation in English from Calcutta University, followed by the pursuit of a master’s degree in English at Rabindra Bharati University. Further enhancing her qualifications, she achieved a B.Ed. in English from WBUTTEPA University.
Beyond her impressive academic credentials, Dr. Sujoyita Pal is internationally recognized as a distinguished writer, holding numerous awards that attest to her literary prowess. Her name graces over 45 Google sites, reflecting her prominence in the literary world. Notably, she has been honored with a prestigious doctorate award, Honoris Causa, a government and NITI Aayog certified recognition.

KAVITA MISRA
Kavita Misra defines herself as a teacher by nature, writer by passion and translator /content writer by profession. She radiates positivity in her attitude and her talks. She is a woman who lives life on her own terms, holds herself fully responsible for her decisions and never regrets them.
Just like her professional side, her personal side too has many facets. She is a mother (also a father to her daughter), a sister, a friend, a daughter and a literary person. As she tries to play all her roles to perfection, she feels most proud of her role as a mother. She feels blessed to be born as a woman. She has faced many odds in her life but her strong faith in God has helped her overcome them all. She has seen death of her parents, illness and death of her eldest sister, a rough marriage, life-threats, financial crisis, , loss of close friends to cancer and accidents, to name a few.
Kavita is unstoppable when it comes to moving on with faith in God.
The biggest of the setbacks she has faced have come back in the shape of blessings. Her life was as smooth as it could be till the age of 19. The demise of her mother was the first and by then the biggest blow to her fun-filled, carefree life. That is when she started writing her daily diary and gradually started writing poetry. Her rough marriage made her a strong, resilient, friendly yet principled mother and a determined individual. Her father’s death a few years later made her pledge for Organ donation- she strongly believes in it as a way to help people even when she leaves this world.
Kavita feels that she is truly blessed by God in the form of her parents, sisters, daughter, friends, teachers, mentors and even students.
Her parents gave her the best possible upbringing and their teachings have only made it possible for her to stand firm even in the toughest of times. Her sisters have given their unconditional support in all the phases of her life; she believes that she owes her survival and motherhood to them. Her daughter is the biggest testimony of her belief that ‘everything happens for good’, her biggest blessing from God. Her friends have helped her emotionally, socially and financially as and when the need be; she is her original self when with her friends. She is still remembered and loved by her teachers just as when in school. She is also the most favourite and loved teacher of many students; they never fail to meet her or take her blessings on their special days and she gets loads of wishes on Teachers’ Day as well as Mothers’ Day.
Enjoying her middle-age, Kavita feels this is the best phase of her life where she is at the receiving end of all- the love & blessings of her elders, love & care of her children, students & juniors and love and support of her friends & colleagues.
