Alkemy Edutech Launches with a Mission to Bridge the Skill-Gap and Increase Employability Among India’s Youth

Hyderabad (Telangana), [India]: Alkemy, a first-of-its-kind ed-tech startup in Hyderabad, has launched with a mission to bridge the skill-gap and increase employability among the youth in India. With a comprehensive range of courses in digital marketing and data science, Alkemy is poised to make a significant impact on the education and employability landscape in India.

The launch of Alkemy comes at a time when the skill-gap in India is widening, with a growing mismatch between the skills demanded by the job market and those possessed by the workforce. According to a recent report, nearly 40% of Indian employers are struggling to find candidates with the right skills, while 65% of Indian employees believe that they need to develop new skills to stay competitive in the job market.

To address this issue, Alkemy Edutech has launched its flagship job-ready program, an intensive 45-day social media comprehensive course that comes with a 100% job guarantee and certification upon successful completion. The course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of social media marketing and advertising, including the latest trends, best practices, and strategies.

In addition to the flagship program, Alkemy Edutech offers long-term and short-term courses in Digital Marketing and Data Science. The courses are designed to provide students with practical skills and hands-on experience, enabling them to gain a competitive edge in the job market to succeed in today’s digital economy.

Currently, the training is in classroom mode at their Kavuri Hills Training Centre, with a robust Learning Management System (LMS) that can be accessible from any device to equip students with additional learning modules. Alkemy Edutech further plans to expand its operations globally and commence full-scaled live online training soon.

Alkemy is built on the principles of inclusivity and social responsibility. As such, the company offers fee scholarships for qualified individuals. The scholarship is designed to provide equal opportunities for all students, regardless of their financial background.

Speaking about Alkemy’s vision, Ms. Srikala Reddy, Branch Head- Kavuri Hills said, “At Alkemy, our mission is to bridge the skill-gap and increase employability among the youth in India.
