Hyderabad, 1st May 2025: The 2025 IC3 Regional Forum in Hyderabad served as a vibrant hub for conversations on holistic student development. The themes focused on diverse topics such as Counseling as a Culture, Emotional Intelligence and Well-being in Education and Creating Pathways for Student Transition through Institutional Partnerships. These themes deeply resonated with educators, counselors, students, and policymakers present at the forum. Hosted at The Gaudium School, Kollur, the event brought together voices from 135 institutions to share insights, approaches, and experiences focused on improving career counseling and student well-being in education. These were aimed at strengthening the educational ecosystem through collaboration, emotional support, and structured guidance.
The IC3 Regional Forum in Hyderabad saw 171 registrations, reflecting strong engagement from Telangana’s education community. The forum focused on enhancing student outcomes through holistic career counseling practices. Under the guiding theme of “Counseling as a Culture,” the discussions laid emphasis on the key role of embedding guidance and support into the daily fabric of school life.

The event’s sessions included dynamic workshops on emotional intelligence, panel discussions on career trends, and presentations on aligning education with the evolving global job market. Educators left equipped with practical strategies to build resilient, well-informed, and emotionally secure students.
