She has been able to advance through her career by viewing the industry from a wide lens to decode its complex issues, take actions and drive results.

An effective communicator and team leader with strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities, Neha Chachra has handled extremely challenging assignments over the course of her diverse marketing and brand communication career. A talented and multifaceted personality, Neha has been the follower of her own ethics, values, crafts and principles and she moves selectively and meticulously on a well-planned and defined path ensuring optimum achievements.

Sound academic roots and professional excellence set Neha apart from her counterparts. An MBA in Marketing, Finance and Strategic Planning from Heriott-Watt University, United Kingdom, she has also armed herself with Diploma in Management Studies, (International Marketing, and Human Resources) from West London College United Kingdom after completing her schooling and college education from Dehradun.

At the moment, Neha is heading Brand Communication and PR at realty major Ace Group. Her responsibility at Ace Group ranges from analysing brand positioning and consumer insights, shaping and communicating the group’s vision and mission, translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies, managing a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives, leading creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”, designing promotional campaigns for new products and markets, devising innovative growth strategies, aligning the company around brand’s directions, choices and tactics, seeking opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising, among other duties.

Apart from the real estate sector, Neha has worked across various industries, starting with Venus Fashion UK LTD where she was instrumental in driving corporate sales for the company’s leading brand for clothing. There she also handled international business development and marketing through various international events and other related activities.

Earning accolades all through her tenure at this firm, she achieved profitably on high volume, low and off product line in a highly competitive market through the use of inter-company supply chain teams involving strategic international suppliers. Later she moved to Primark Stores where she spearheaded unprecedented levels of growth and profitability besides creating global benchmarks and ensuring the standard of quality, customer service, and ensuring the standard of quality and customer service.

Over the course of her impressive career, Neha has headed several challenging national and international assignments in marketing, communications, branding and PR roles across a multitude of organisations. Some of these include Finlace Consulting Pvt Ltd, Doon Business School and Millennium School – Greater Noida West, among others. All throughout her journey she has aptly handled promotional activities, augmented sales & profitability, prepared incredible marketing strategies, plans, collaborations and promotions, leveraging strengths in cost-effective marketing management to achieve sustainable growth of the organisations she served.

A keen observer of the latest real estate developments around the globe, Neha has got the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic projects of Ace Group. Established in 2010, Ace Group has completed projects covering an area of 8.5 million sq. ft. (approx 8 lakh sq. mtr.) while another 12.8 million sq. ft. (approx 12 lakh sq. mtr.) are under construction. Among its completed, residential projects include Ace Platinum, Ace City, Ace Aspire and Ace Golfshire, all of which have gained considerable customer attention. Ace Group has also established a number of commercial projects including City Square and Ace Studio.

She has been successfully monitoring the execution of all action plans while managing a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives. An expert in translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies, Neha says, “Marketing and communication play a vital role in brand building in the market. While the marketing plan identifies key opportunities and sets objectives, communication is one important aspect of marketing that builds and maintains long term relationships with the stakeholders.”

Neha has over the years contributed immensely in facilitating key strategic initiatives as per the organisational priorities of Ace Group.
