GURUGRAM, India – October 28, 2025: Samsung, India’s largest consumer electronics brand, today announced that its new Bespoke AI Washer Dryer range is being manufactured at its Chennai plant, highlighting the brand’s commitment to ‘Make in India’. Designed to cater to the evolving consumer needs, the new Bespoke AI Washer Dryer range blends global innovation with local manufacturing to deliver smarter, more efficient laundry solutions tailored for Indian households.

Samsung’s state-of-the-art Chennai plant, one of the company’s largest in India, manufactures televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines for millions of Indian homes.

The Bespoke AI Washer Dryers come with AI Wash feature that uses multiple sensors to detect weight, fabric type, and soil level, optimizing every load for the best results while the Flex Auto Dispense feature ensures the precise amount of detergent is released each time. The AI EcoBubble™ feature delivers powerful cleaning with care, while the AI Energy Mode lets consumers monitor and control energy usage, saving up to 70% energy. For enhanced hygiene, the Air Wash feature refreshes and sanitizes clothes, removing 99.9% of bacteria using only heated air, redefining convenience and performance.
