Driving Growth – Connecting Real India

A proud and active participant in the Government of India’s UDAN (Ude Desh ka Aam Nagrik) initiative, Star Air is the only regional airline to have completed six years of uninterrupted operations and has carried nearly 1.6 million passengers while maintaining a robust schedule of 300 weekly flights and set to grow further during the summer season to 350 weekly flights.

Star Air’s expansion comes at a pivotal time for Indian aviation, with rising passenger demand and evolving regional dynamics. Star Air is now moving beyond UDAN routes, venturing into more commercial city pairs while staying firmly committed to its core mission of “Connecting Real India” by bridging unserved and underserved Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

Staying true to its philosophy of delivering a superior flying experience from day one, Star Air continues to offer hot food and beverages onboard across all its services. Its fleet, comprising Embraer E175 and E145 aircraft, features 1×2/2×2 seating layout, with two-class cabin configuration with dedicated business class and economy seating, setting a new benchmark for comfort, efficiency, and service quality in regional aviation.
